About

Um, alright…so basically I decided to make a blog. Time management is definitely not a strong point for me and finding the time to rant about various things doesn’t really help me either. However, there are things that I would like to point out…maybe to see if there are anybody else that are going through similar situations. Just to know that I’m not the only one and that I’m not losing my mind. So if you managed to come across my nearly pointless blog and can relate to some of the weird stuff that I experience, let me know!

Oh yea, and I chose this name because I love windy days, or gloomy days with overcast clouds and stuff. But hey, figures that that name was taken too. I feel at home in that kind of weather. Feels cozy to me. I seem to be more focused when the weather makes you feel small and insignificant. I just want to prove it wrong. Anyways, that’s the origin of that name.

Hmm, so if you catch me on here…it’s probably because I have something else to do. Funny how studying for a test led me to create a blog :/ Oh well, one day, maybe one day I will be free of this burden known as procrastination. But until then, fantastic reads…here I come!

Also, I love meeting new people! If you happened to somehow find this blog amidst the sea of other, better, well-written ones, feel free to leave a comment or just say hi! I will definitely get back to you, that’s one little promise I can make :)

  1. In the event that you DO lose you’re mind (and I hope and believe that won’t happen!) I have a relative who is constantly trying to give everyone a piece of her own mind.
So, if the need ever arises, be assured that there’s someone who’ll be more than happy to share her mind with you…

  2. Thanks for subscribing. You got a nice a blog going on and not in any way pointless. I am definitely following back. See you around. :D

  3. I also love ‘gloomy’ days…they allow me to forget and be forgotten and therein lies the chance for creativity.

The world is often too glaring!

I will be back to investigate more of your musings…

  4. Hi, checked out your blog and got stuck here for an hour. ;) Nothing is pointless. I love wind too, but am afraid of storm. The noise it makes, even when it cleans the air (and your head), but I don’t want trees and houses to break. It’s sad when beautiful big, old trees have to be felled because they were damaged in a storm. Anyway, nice blog, I’ll be back following.

  5. Gloomy days are my favorite as well, they make me retreat into myself and do some serious introspection and then I write all my best poetry haha

  6. Thanks for putting me on your blogroll:)

  7. Once a procrastinator always a procrastinator. Hapoy blogging!

  23. Simon! Hi. :)
I just saw the comment you left for me, I’m so sorry for the late reply! I got into a bit of a reading block which was followed by an inability to find things to write about and that, coupled with college, made me just want to stay away for a while. I’m back now, and determined to make this work this time – but it seems like you’re taking a break now. I hope you’re doing well and reading more Bone-esque comics and..well, get back soon! :)

  24. Stumbled on your blog. My son just found out that he didn’t get a Field Training slot. He has been passionate about the Air Force since he was 2 years old. I’m not kidding. His focus and goal has never changed. I’m happy to see you made it after your sophomore year. I am guessing you are about to graduate and maybe don’t even read these notes anymore. If you do, do you have any words of wisdom for my son? Anybody you know who didn’t get a slot after their sophomore year, hung in there, and still made it? Thanks.

What do you think?
